RMC is law-abiding, strictly following Brazilian legislation, and therefore respects yourpersonal data (“Data”), as they are valuable assets that must be preserved. Therefore, wehave created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), which is constantly updated to ensure thatyour data is protected based on the proposal below:
How we can collect your data e how we may use it.
This Policy applies to all services provided by RMC (a set of companies listed in thesection “Which companies are part of RMC and therefore control your Data,” below) through printed content, product deliveries, websites, apps, interfaces, portals, Internet products and apps, and other products and services of RMC, whether physical or digital, that display and link to this Policy (“Service” or collectively, “Services”). The use ofspecific Data for each Service not covered here will be regulated by the respective termsof use (“Terms of Use”).
Which Dados we collect sobre you
In order for you to enjoy all the benefits of the Services and participate in promotions, online events, sweepstakes, surveys, make purchases, access free Services, andsubscribe to Services, the first step will be to create a GRAM Account or register withus.
• RMC Account Dados
We collect certain Data about you when you create your RMC Account, allowing you tocreate a login and password (“RMC Account”). During the registration process, werequest Data such as your full name, email address, date of birth, gender, location, CPF, address, landline and/or mobile phone numbers, and in the case of Service subscriptions, billing data (when applicable to the Service).
• Dados from other RMC registrations
We also collect your Data when you register to access our e-commerce as well as specific Services that do not use the RMC Account. In these registrations, we generallyrequest the same Data necessary to create an RMC Account.
• Browsing Data
We also collect your Data when you: (i) use our Services; (ii) fill out forms, make comments, participate in promotions, surveys, online events, sweepstakes, performsearches, and other interactions with our Services; and (iii) access our Services throughyour computer, mobile phone, smart TV, and/or other access devices. The Data collected from your access to the Services includes: your approximate location (latitude and longitude); your IP address; information about the access device (such as unitidentifier, advertising identifier, name, and type of operating system); information aboutyour Internet connection; your browser type, and the pages and content accessed on ourServices.
Additionally, when you interact with certain Services, we may request access to yourphoto gallery, photos from social networks, your device’s camera and microphone, as well as your contact list. In such cases, we will always request your prior authorizationfor collecting this Data.

We collect Data about you from public sources, service providers, and partners whoprovide us with your Data in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Anonymized Dados
In addition to processing the Data in accordance with this Policy, we also collect andprocess your Data in an anonymized way, meaning in a way that you cannot bepersonally identified.
How we use your Dados
To provide services to you:
Fulfill the terms and conditions of this Policy, the Terms of Use, and subscriptioncontracts (when applicable); Facilitate the purchase and delivery of our productsthrough e-commerce; Deliver printed and/or digital content; Process payment if yousubscribe to a paid Service;
Confirm and complete your Data according to the relationship established with you; Comply with the requirements for promotions, commercial actions, or contests, in thecase of promotions, commercial actions, or contests carried out by GRAM or sponsoredby other companies or through partnerships with GRAM, provided you have agreed toparticipate in such promotions, actions, or contests; Send confirmations and respond toyour requests in the case of paid Services; and Obtain credit history to help detect andprevent fraud.
To communicate with you:
Respond when you contact RMC, according to the relationship established with you; Conduct surveys and polls to test, troubleshoot, improve, or evaluate our Services; Communicate about events, promotions, and/or notices conducted by us and/or RelatedCompanies (as defined in the section “Who we share your Data with” below) and/or ourpartners and advertisers via your email account, text message, messaging app, phonecall (including telemarketing), and push notifications; Inform about changes to ourterms, services, or policies (including this Policy); and Offer new Services to you, via your email account, text message, messaging app, phone call (including telemarketing), and push notifications, including those services you have started to subscribe to but didnot complete.
To ensure security and protect rights:
Provide technical and operational support and ensure the security and functionality ofthe Services; Prevent illegal, fraudulent, or suspicious activities that could cause damage to RMC or third parties; Prevent technical or security issues; Protect our rightsand property, including from intrusions and attacks; and Protect the proprietary rights ofthird parties using our Services.
To personalize your experience:
Select and personalize advertisements for you, both within and outside of the Services; Personalize the content and advertisements we show in our Services; Make inferencesabout content and topics that may interest you; Identify and recommend content, products, and services from RMC and Related Companies that may interest you; andCreate a profile about you, customizing your experience in our Services and those ofRelated Companies.
To improve, analyze services, and develop new products and services:
Develop, benchmark, test, and enhance the Services, as well as new content andservices; Conduct research, analysis, and innovation activities related to theperformance and improvement of our Services, or those of Related Companies, or evenour partners and sponsors; Assist advertisers and partners in evaluating the effectivenessand reach of ads, as well as understanding the profiles of people accessing such ads; Monitor activities and usage trends; Measure interactions and audiences of the Services; Develop machine learning; and Recognize and track your navigation.
To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations:
Comply with legal, judicial, and administrative orders and requests from competentauthorities; and Take or adopt legal, judicial, and administrative measures to defend ourrights and those of third parties, including in any judicial or administrative proceedings.
To promote social well-being:
Conduct, support, and encourage research, social projects, and initiatives related tooverall social well-being, citizenship, health, education, and culture.
How you can manage your Dados
RMC is committed to ensuring that you exercise your rights.
If you want to exercise your rights or have questions about your Data, access thePrivacy Portal for more information, or your RMC Account, or contact us through theCustomer Service Channel.
Your rights can be exercised in the following ways:
Access your Data and correct it when incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. For this, weprovide tools and settings in your RMC Account or other RMC records you may have(when applicable), allowing you to access and correct your Data associated with theserecords. If you have any doubts, you can also request access and rectification of yourData and confirm the existence of processing through the Customer Service Channel. You can request the deletion of your Data by canceling your RMC Account or otherRMC records you have (when applicable), and RMC will permanently delete your Data within 180 days. After deletion, RMC may retain your Data only: (a) for the periodnecessary for legal, administrative, and arbitration processes; (b) to comply with a legal and/or regulatory obligation; (c) for the regular exercise of rights, such as enforcingGRAM’s rights based on the applicable subscription contract and/or Terms of Use; (d) in anonymized format.
You have the right to receive your Data in a simplified format. For this, we offer theoption to download Data linked to your RMC Account.
